Min-Wei is an interdisciplinary creative strategist, producer and film director.

Originally from Singapore and previously based in New York and London, she has over a decade of experience shaping narrative-driven work across film, visual arts, and emerging technology.

 

Curiosity, empathy and creativity form the foundation of her practice, informing her collaborations with independent artists and galleries, international creative studios, and global brands such as HBO, Chanel, Hyundai, and BBC.

She is currently Gallery Manager at Cuturi Gallery, where she focuses on production, business development and programming. Min-Wei is also a D&AD Masterclass speaker and industry juror.
